Beta product

Firmorio is a beta. Features, data and limits can change, be paused or be removed while we develop it.

Information, not advice

Financial signals are preliminary and rule based. They cover only the metrics shown and are general information. They are not personal investment, tax or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

No guarantees

We work to keep the service accurate, but we do not guarantee that data is complete, current, always available or free of errors. Check the original SEC reports before you rely on a figure. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email, so you are responsible for keeping access to that email private. Tell us if you think someone else has access. You can delete your account under Profile.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attack, overload or probe the service, or try to access other users’ data.
  • Do not scrape the service in bulk or bypass the limits of your plan.
  • Do not submit unlawful content or other people’s personal information.

We may limit or close accounts that misuse the service.

Ownership

Firmorio’s software, design and name belong to its owner. Public filings remain the property of their sources. You keep what you submit and allow us to use it to run the service.
